Tomorrow, Saturday, 24th October is the last day to correct or register names in the Voter ID list.
Those who complete 18 years of age as on 1st January, 2016 (in other words, those who were born before 1st January, 1998) can apply for registering in the Voters List.
For new registration, Form 6, for removing names Form 7. For corrections, Form 8, and for address change in the same constituency, Form 8A, and for getting details corrected and issue of new voter ID, Form 001 should be filled up and given.
Special camps were conducted in over 64000 voting booths were conducted on the Sundays of 30th September, 4th October, and 11th October in Tamil Nadu.
During these special camps, over 20 Lakh individuals have applied.
