The Tamil Nadu State Government has recalled K Skandan, additional secretary in the Union ministry of home affairs, as acting principal secretary, commissioner of tourism and managing director of the TN Tourism Development Corporation.
He replaces Hemant Kumar Sinha who has been posted as principal secretary, higher education department, an official release stated on Thursday.
