The district administration has ordered that all the enquiries on the new applicants for inclusion in Voters’ List should be completed before Friday, 28th November.
Application forms for the inclusion of new voters as well as those who wanted corrections in the existing list were issued from 15th October.
Special camps were conducted in 1645 centres in Vellore District.
104376 applications were received.
Currently, correction and enquiries in the existing Voters’ List is being carried out.
The district administration has ordered that this must be completed before Friday, 28th November.
The new Voters List is expected to be released on 5th January.
