Wheat bread slices – 8
Onion – 1
Green Chilly – 3
Mustard – 1/2 tbsp
Bengal Gram, Black Gram – each 1 tbsp
Grated coconut – 2 tablespoons
Salt – a little

Method:
• Chop onion, green chilly as longitudinally.
• Finely chop coriander leaves.
• Make bread slices as powder by mixer. (Keep the bread in the refrigerator for easy grind)
• In a pan, add oil, mustard, bengal gram, black gram and fry it upto it turns to golden color.
• Then chopped onions, chillies, curry leaves and cook it. Add salt with onion for quick boil and add bread slice powder.
• If it gets some heat, add coriander leaves and grated coconut and mix them then take it from the oven. Now delicious wheat bread uppuma ready.
