Wheat – 1 cup
Grated coconut – as required
Cardamom powder – a teaspoon
Ghee – as required
Method:
• Fry well the wheat and grind in mixer, it should be not grind well .
• Pour the water in flour and make it for pudding.
• 2 tablespoons of grated coconut and salt to be added and boil it for 15 minutes.
• Now the delicious Wheat Pudding is ready.
• It is a nutritious snack.
