Yellow Lentils – 1 cup
Bengal Gram – 1 tbsp
Pepper – 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tbsp
Red chilly – 6
Garlic – 50 g
Salt – as required
Asafoetida – 1/2 tbsp
Method:
• Roast well yellow lentils and bengal gram in skillet.
• pepper, cumin seeds, red chillies, make roast along with it.
• Do not peel the skin of garlic, after roasted remove the skin from garlic.
• Lead powder in a mixer, add with garlic, salt and asafoetida and grind well.
• Now it gets ready. Use this powder for hot rice with ghee to get healthy.
