Yogurt Idli!

idli2Ingredients:

Idli – 10

Grind:

Coconut – 1 piece

Green Chilly – 2

Cumin Seeds – 1/2 teaspoon

Yogurt – 1 cup

Ginger – 1/2 piece

Salt – as required

Coriander leaves – as required

Method:

• Finely chop coriander leaves.

• Grind the necessary things (except yogurt and coriander leaves) to grind.

• Add the paste with yogurt and mash it well.

• Cut idli into small pieces, soak into the mixture and sprinkle coriander leaves.

• Easy to do with a different taste yogurt Idli.

• Sprinkle any mixture with this to increase the taste.
