Millets Porridge!

Porridge1Ingredients:

Sam, Belt, Millet, Red Rice, Green Gram each – 50 g,

Buttermilk – 3 cups,

Water – 4 cups,

Small onion – 8,

Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon,

Curry leaves – as required,

Green chilli – 3,

Mustard – 1 teaspoon,

Sesame oil – 2 tbsp,

Coriander leaves and Salt – as required.

Method:

• Finely chop small onions and green chillies.

• Sam, belt, millet, red rice, green gram these separately roasted in the pan and put in the mixer and mix, it should not be nice.

• 4 cups of water and add the required amount of salt along with it, Flame should off after 3 whistle.

• In a skillet add 2 tbsp oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, onions, fry until the golden yellowish color appears and pour it in a mixer.

• Then add the buttermilk and coriander leaves. Everyone from children to adults can drink this porridge.
