As a part of the World Diabetes Day celebrations, the Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism of Christian Medical College is conducting an essay and painting competition for schools students and quiz programme for teachers in Vellore city on Saturday.
The topic for the painting competition is “Diabetes can attack your heart”.
- The topic for the essay competition is “Preventing diabetes can save our country”.
- The quiz programme will be on science and general health.
The competitions are being held at Darling Residency from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the release added.
