Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s Skill Improvement Corporation, Tamil Nadu Police Department, and Tamil Nadu Job Opportunities Centre have been jointly providing skill improvement training programmes for the jobless youth.
243 jobless youth were trained on giving ‘First Aid’ in Vellore on Saturday, 22nd November.
The training was provided by the Katpadi Red Cross and the regional First-Aid centre at the Vellore Sports stadium.
Several aspects of First Aid administration such as resuscitation, checking for internal wounds, check on breathing, etc were explained in detail.
