India’s missile, ‘Brahmos’, was tested for the 49th time for its poerations.
This supersonic missile, which was launched from INS Cochin which recently entered the Navy, attacked the retired warship whci was located at a distance of 290 km with high precision.
Brahmos can be launched from warship, submarine, and naval war-places. Indian Air Force has also scheduled to test the operation of Brahmos by launching it from a fighter-plane. It is also planning to launch and test Brahmos operation from the fighter plane ‘Sukoi 30’.
Earlier, during the months of June & February, Brahmos was tested twice by launching from the recently drafted War ship INS Kolkata.
