One of India’s premier Management Academic initiations, Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad, has raised the academic fess for the MBA course by 5.4%.
The 2-years Post-graduate Course fee has been increased from Rs. 18.50 Lakhs to Rs. 19.50 Lakhs.
Board of Directors of IIM, Ahmadabad has given approval for the increased academic fees.
This will be applicable for students who join the course for the 2016-18 batch.
The fees will be valid for the entire 2-years course. This includes academic fees, books, medical insurance, and the subscription for the Alumni Association and amounts to Rs. 19.50 Lakhs.
The academic fee of this institute is determined based on the prevailing inflation rates over the last few years.
Last year, the fee was raised by 11.44%.
This increase is unprecedented over the last 5 years.
The fee for the 1-year post-graduation course has also been increased from Rs. 21.50 Lakhs to Rs. 24 Lakhs.
