On Monday J. Jayalalitha ordered Two combained drinking water Projects at a cost of Rs 576.24 crore and granted Rs 7.13 crore. This Combined drinking water would be supplied for the people living Cuddalore.Similarly, another project would be implemented on the same river, at a cost of Rs 315.70 crore and it will be benifited for 1,751 people
The Chief Minister approved Rs 99.95 crore for the project in Pallavaram, while Rs 43.10 crore would be spent on the project in Pammal. She granted Rs 68.83 crore for Theni-Allinagaram municipality for this project.
