Methi Tepla!

Tepla1Ingredients:

Wheat flour – 1 cup,

Methi – 1 cup,

Mint – 1/4 cup,

Chilli powder – 4 tablespoons,

Curd – 2 tablespoons,

Salt – as required,

Oil – 1 tablespoon,

Cumin Seeds – 1 tbsp.

Method:

• Mint, Methi wash well and finely chop.

• Take a wide bowl and place finely chop methi, mint leaves, curd, chilly powder, salt and cumin seeds to mix well.

• After 10 minutes add wheat flour, a little drop of oil, add enough water and knead for 30 minutes.

• Take the dough balls of equal size, make it as chappathi,  put it on pan and cook both sides.

• Now the delicious nutritious Methi Tepla ready.
