On Thursday, As many as 600 students participated in the district level painting event for children that forms part of national level painting competition conducted by Indian Council for Child Welfare (ICCW).
The participants were divided into five groups and a panel of five judges selected five paintings from every group.
The selected paintings will be forwarded to the State unit of ICCW who will in turn select the best paintings from State and forward them to the national level. Final results are likely to come out by December this year
