In the current scenario with Apple’s new smartphone 6S selling like hot-cakes, a news item has emerged that smart-phones at very low prices will be introduced before the end of this year!
It is gathered that Relaince Communications, owned by Mr. Anil Ambani has collaborated with the Canadian company Datawind has planned to introduce the cheaper smartphones to be sold at Rs. 999/-.
The smartphone will operate on Linux system. This will be available only from offers given by Reliance.
Just as available in other smartphones, facilities such as FaceBook, What’sApp, e-mail, etc will be available in this smartphone.
FaceBook and What’sApp facilities are given rfee for 1 year from the date of purchase. Hoever, it functions only on 2G network.
It is expected that this new cheap smartphone would be released on 28th December, the birth anniversary of reliance Founder, Mr. Dhirubhai Ambani.
