The principal of Vellore Thanthai Periyar Engineering College inaugurated the issue of hall-tickets for the students who will be writing TANGET Examinations organised by Anna University.
Anna University conducts TANGET Examinations (Tamil Nadu General Entrance Examination) for joining the courses like M E, MBA< MCA< M Arch and other engineering courses by registering on-line and getting the hall tickets.

Accordingly, a net service centre has been opened at the Vellore Thanthai Periyar Engineering College a Vellore Thorappadi.
The registration for the examination and issue of hall tickets commenced yesterday.
Senior officials participated.
The special centre will be open from 9.00 AM till 5.00 PM till 20thApril except on 2nd, 3rd, and 14th April. So, interested students can visit the centre, register on-ine, and get the hall ticket.
They have to bring mark sheets of 10th & +2, caste certificates and examination fees.
Students of Vellore & Tghiruvannamalai can register at Thanthai Periyar college.
SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs. 250/- and others, Rs. 500/- as examination fees for the courses of MBA, mCA, M E, and M Planning.
TANGET will be conducted on 16th May – for MCA course, it will be in the forenoon. For MBA, it will be in the afternoon.
The examination for M E, M Arch, and M Tech will be on 17th May.
