P.K. Senthil Kumari, Superintendent of Police in Vellore, Who assumed office on 27.11.2014. She aims to focus on reducing murders and crime cases in Vellore district. Preceding to this posting, she was Assistant Inspector General of Police, Administration, Chennai.
She said, I will take preventive measures to reduce crimes by increasing beats and patrols and We will also take up surveillance of old criminals
