A automated test equipment manufacturing company, has joined hands with VIT University to establish a Centre of Excellence in Automated Test Engineering.The facility has been set up at the VIT’s School of Electrical Engineering (SELECT) and aims at promoting research and development.
VIT Chancellor G Viswanathan said the Centre will equip students with hands-on training in the emerging testing technologies and automated test systems.This centre will bridge the gap between theory and the actual industrial requirements. The students will also gain in-depth knowledge on test engineering, which would enhance their employability.
