Marutham Cinnamon Herb juice – a cup (100 ml) or tea, coffee without sugar should consume.
Breakfast:
Idli – 3 or
Dosa – 2 or
Chapatti 1,

Samba upma semolina or
Pepper Pongal,
Fenugreek mixed with dill, mint, (be sure to not eat with coconut chutney). Drink any spinach soup instead of this.
11 am:
Take any juice that controls the disease and must eat something. Bitter gourd juice is good to drink.
Lunch:
A cup of rice, sugar Controller gourd, beans, vegetables such as broccoli have to be added in sambar. Moreover, the pear and guava fruits are good to eat.
Dinner:
Wheat based foods, 2 or 3 Vegetable Salads and chutneys.
