A medical team, headed by the Chief Medical Officer, Mr. Nirmal Jo from Delhi, conducted a research.
The team inspected the patients suffering from tuberculosis and leprosy and also the maternity wards. They enquired tha patients about the treatments received by them and other facilities including the basic necessities.
The Deputy Director of the Tuberculosis Department, the Joint Director, and Family Welfare Deputy Director also participated.
The team then visited the government hospital at Wallaja.
