Voter list details can be obtained after furnishing Aadhar card details!

Collector R. Nandhagopal has informed that voters list related information can be obtained by furnishing the Aadhar card number and e-mail ID.

Indian Election Commission has announced the plan for renewal, correction , and issue of new IDs between 3^rd March & 31^stJuly, 2015.

 As per this programme, voters who have given their names in more than one location can voluntarily come forward to give the duplication details and arrange to remove the duplication.

They can also get their names, gender, address, and photgrahs corrected or changedif required.

They can obtain the voter list details by furnishing their Aadhar card numbers and e-mail address.

Form-7must be used for removing the names induplication. Form-8 can be used for correction of details. Aadhar card numer details can be given to the Voter registration officer or Assistant Voter registration Officer.

Special camps will be organised for this purpose on 12^th April at voting centres.

Voting centre officers and other officials will receive the correction applications from the public during this camp.
